The Seventh-day Adventist Church in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, the US territories in the Pacific of Guam, Wake Island, Northern Mariana Islands and three states in free association with the United States - Palau, the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia -is officially organized as the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. It is a sub-entity of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
It is sub-divided into nine Unions/National Churches (which are further divided into local Conferences) plus one attached Mission.
